Alicia Gonse and Donald Bianchi, CPA from PA Dept of Revenue

BIOS Below:

Alicia Gonse- Alicia has over 12 years of experience working for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. She currently works as the Chief of the Customer Outreach, Relations, and Engagement Division within the Customer Experience Center. She is responsible for developing relationships with external stakeholders and coordinating any outreach and education initiatives provided by the department.  

Alicia began her career as a Tax Account Collections Technician, working in the Collections and Taxpayer Services Call Center and moving into various roles throughout Collections and Customer Service. Her work experience has provided her with vast knowledge of PA tax administration and the inner workings of the department which she uses to provide positive customer experiences for the department’s customers and stakeholders.

Donald Bianchi, CPA – Donald Bianchi is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002.  He has worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania almost 30 years.

Donald’s commonwealth career began in 1993 as an Auditor with the State Treasurer’s Office.  In 2005, he joined the PA Department of Revenue, Bureau of Individual Taxes, where he was the Assistant Director for Personal Income Tax and Property Tax Rent Rebate administration.  In 2014, he was promoted to the position of Director for the Customer Experience Center where he was responsible for the oversight of the department’s customer service and collections contact centers which responds to telephone and email inquiries on the taxes and other programs administered by the department.  In addition, the Customer Experience Center is responsible for the training of department staff and the outreach and education programs delivered to our customers.

   1. These positions are for 2 years, if you are thinking about putting your name in the hat for a BOD position let us know.
2. A survey went out about future topics for our chapter meetings, please complete the survey with your topics...we really want to know!
