Due to the nature of this event, a final count is required; which prevents us from being able to extend refunds for cancellations. However, we do allow for substitutions; so, if you can’t make it, please send someone else to fill your spot. All we aks is that you send us the substitute’s information, via this form, within 72 hours before the event.
