Speaker Bios- 

Craig Swallow is an audit partner based in the Harrisburg, PA office of KPMG. He has over 25 years of experience providing clients with a broad range of financial statement audit and accounting services.

Craig has provided professional audit services to various privately held entities as well as publicly traded and complex, multinational companies. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including consumer goods and industrial markets, software, robotics, government, and banking. Craig has significant financial reporting and accounting experience, including audits of internal controls over financial reporting.

Craig is a board member of Junior Achievement of South Central PA, was a participant in the Leadership Harrisburg Area Executive Leadership Series, and is an instructor and speaker at KPMG national and local trainings, Financial Executive International meetings, and other seminars.

Donovan Oakes is an audit manager in KPMG’s Harrisburg office and serves clients in the Central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh markets. 

Donovan has experience serving audit clients in various industries, though primarily in the industrial manufacturing and consumer products industries. He has served clients with various structures, including public SEC registrants, subsidiaries of foreign issuers, and private equity backed companies, having served as the lead on both PCAOB integrated audits and AICPA financial statement audits

Donovan has experience in a range of relevant accounting topics, such as business combinations, emerging growth companies and controls compliance for first year integrated audits, accounting for revenue under ASC606, and asset impairment.
