I began my journey at Zausner Foods in 2010 as a Payroll Specialist, swiftly ascending to the role of Payroll Manager. Leading a team managing 1000+ employees across multiple states, I handle payroll and benefits for Expats, Visas, and both Union and Non-union staff. Notably, I spearheaded a $1 million project as project manager for a new time and attendance system, from defining specifications to implementation and user training. Additionally, I've contributed significantly to our company's growth within Savencia Dairy and Forming organization through integration teams and acquisitions. With over 25 years in payroll, 13 in benefits, and 5 in HR, I possess a comprehensive understanding of our industry's trifecta. My strength lies in my meticulous attention to technical details and my ability to navigate complex processes with ease. Despite challenges, I maintain resilience and a sense of humor. Originally from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, I continue to reside there with my family, including five children and several beloved pets. Outside of work, I'm active in animal rescue and Boy Scouts.
